Owning a swimming pool is a luxury which brings delight to your entire household. It completely transforms your backyard from a space to a vacation. However, even the best vacations need a little rethinking sometimes. When you decide that it’s time for your existing pool to get a facelift, ASI Pool Plastering professionals are ready to make your backyard oasis dreams come true. We have a qualified team of installers who have been remodeling, plastering, and renovating both commercial and residential swimming pools in the Atlanta area for years. We are here to guide and educate you throughout the entire process for pool renovations. Here are the first steps that your family will need to follow in order to renovate or restore your swimming pool.
Contract and Scheduling: The absolute first thing that must happen to get the ball rolling for your pool renovation is agreeing on and signing a contract. Signing your pool renovation contract officially begins the process and allows us to add you into our schedule. This can be done via fax or in person with an ASI representative. After you’ve completed the contract, you can move on to the really fun stuff… picking the right colors for your new swimming pool. We use finishes from Wet Edge Technologies, which are the highest quality aggregate finishes in the industry. With six different lines of finishes that come in beautiful assortments of colors, finding the perfect color for you pool will be a breeze.
Once the pool color choices are finalized, we can schedule your pool renovation. Based on material availability, time of year, and the scope of work involved we will get your pool renovation scheduled for the soonest dates possible. As soon as the renovation project begins, we can usually have you back to swimming in as little as seven to fourteen days!
Draining Your Pool The first day of your pool renovation will begin with an ASI representative coming by for a home visit. They will test any and all of your pool lights for functionality and remind you not to turn them on once the water is drained away. Then the entire system will be shut off at the breaker to prevent accidental initiation of pool equipment. Finally the representative will place a submersible pump in the water to drain the pool.
Once these first steps are completed your pool renovation will officially be underway! We will then move forward with the removal, installation, and plastering process. In just a matter of weeks you can be enjoying an entirely new swimming pool and backyard environment! What’s stopping you?
